Richard concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, creditor representation, real estate and litigation.  Richard manages the firm's creditor practice, which includes bankruptcy, foreclosure and state court civil litigation. Richard is admitted to practice before the state, appellate and federal courts in Georgia and Tennessee, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  He has twenty-five years experience representing both national and local lenders in all aspects of the default servicing arena.

 

Educational Background.  Richard earned a B.A. degree from Emory University in 1981 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985.
