The Firm’s representation of lenders and borrowers has evolved with the changing financial markets over the years. Our attorneys are also experienced with foreclosures and workouts during market adjustment periods. This involves the negotiation of workout, subordination and forebearance agreements, as well as the coordination and handling of commercial foreclosures. This experience provides a solid basis for preparing commercial loan documents in connection with the general representation of institutional lenders. In addition to representing our ongoing clients with respect to acquisition, development, construction, bridge and permanent financing, we often serve as local counsel at the request of out-of-state borrowers and lenders.
